Works with 10 AI assistants

Ask your AI about
your social research.

Marketpon’s MCP connector puts the posts, profiles and outliers you captured inside Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Perplexity and more. Paste one link, sign in, start asking.

What you can ask

Say it. It goes and counts.

You never name a tool. Ask a question in plain English and your AI picks the right one.

01

Find what broke out

Which posts beat their creator’s normal the most this quarter?

Ranks posts against each author’s own median at the same age, so old posts don’t win by default. top_posts_for_their_age

02

Read a niche in one go

Across everyone I’ve captured, which format wins and what cadence do the leaders keep?

Benchmarks every profile you scanned, and says plainly when there are too few to conclude. niche_benchmarks

03

Catch up on changes

What changed on my tracked profiles since the last scan?

New posts, new outliers, and whether engagement moved, per profile. whats_changed_since_last_scan

04

Brief your next idea

Export my “competitors” folder as a research brief, then tell me what the top posts share.

Returns a prompt-ready Markdown brief your AI can reason over directly. export_research

How to connect

Pick your AI. Four steps or fewer.

Every client reaches its connector settings a little differently. The link you paste is always the same.

Connect Claude

Chat app · Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds it first.

  1. 1

Open Customize → Connectors, click + Add, then Add custom connector.

  2. 2

Name it Marketpon, paste the connector URL, and click Continue.

  3. 3

Leave the client ID and secret empty. If asked, choose Register automatically. Click Add, then sign in to Marketpon.

  4. 4

In a chat, open + → Connectors and switch Marketpon on. Works in Claude Desktop too.

Sign-in uses OAuth against your Marketpon account: no API key, and never your social media login. Claude documentation ↗

What it can do

The 9 tools your AI gets.

Once connected, your AI can call these on its own. The same tools back every client, so an answer you get in Claude is one you can get in ChatGPT.

What it can and can’t reach

Precise about access.

MCP connectors vary a lot in what they expose. Here is exactly what this one does.

✓
Reads your captured research

Posts, profiles, folders and swipe files you collected, with their engagement and outlier scores.

✓
Signs in as you

OAuth against your own account, approved once per client and scoped to the brand you choose.

✕
Can’t browse social networks

It has no social media access of its own. Capturing happens in the Chrome extension while you scroll.

✕
Can’t post or change your accounts

In the research workspace the connector reads and exports. It does not draft, schedule or publish.

About the connection.

What is MCP, in plain terms?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant connect to an outside data source and query it. Instead of pasting exports into a chat, your AI reads your Marketpon research directly.

Which AI tools work with it?

Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth. This page has steps for Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code + Copilot, Perplexity, Grok, Antigravity CLI, Devin Desktop.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

It depends on the AI. Claude allows one custom connector on its free plan; ChatGPT and Perplexity require paid plans for custom connectors. Each client’s plan note is listed above. Your AI subscription is separate from Marketpon.

Can my AI see posts I haven’t captured?

No. The connector answers only from what you captured with the Chrome extension. It has no access to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or X of its own, and it can’t start a capture.

How does sign-in work?

OAuth against your own Marketpon account. You approve each AI client once and pick the brand it can read. There is no API key to paste and no shared connection between users.

Does the AI company get my social media login?

No. Marketpon never has your social media password, and the connector never shares one. The AI only receives the research results it asks for.

Can I disconnect it later?

Yes. Remove the connector in your AI client, or revoke the connection from the MCP page in your Marketpon account. Revoking stops access immediately.

Stop pasting exports
into chat windows.

Capture the profiles you learn from, connect your AI once, and ask it anything about what you found.
